Have been a user of fillers for around 10 years now and used a couple of other clinics regularly during that time (including a high end London based clinic) for filler and other treatments in the past, which have all been amazing, but so great to find somewhere alot more local to me.

I initially booked a consultation for concerns around ageing skin and TMJ issues, having heard Botox in the jaw could help. I would quite happily have gone ahead and spent £400 on treatment, so what I received instead was incredibly refreshing and unexpected.
From the moment I walked into the clinic after a busy workday, I instantly felt calm. The clinic itself is beautiful, peaceful, serene, softly lit, with calming music and the loveliest aromatherapy scent throughout. Natalie was on reception and greeted me so warmly with genuine kindness and made me feel welcome immediately.
When I met Dr Raquel, she instantly put me at ease. She was caring, inquisitive, attentive and, most importantly, completely honest. After a very thorough assessment, she explained that Botox in my jaw was unlikely to give me the results I was hoping for and that she did not want me to waste my money. I appreciated that honesty so much.
Rather than simply recommending treatments, she took the time to explore everything that could be contributing to both my TMJ symptoms and ageing skin, including my sleep, stress levels, diet, skincare, overall health and lifestyle. I later received a personalised treatment plan, skincare recommendations, advice on supplements and ways to improve my wellbeing from the inside out. I also purchased the supplements and skincare she recommended and have genuinely found them really beneficial.
Over the years I’ve had injectable treatments with several practitioners, but I have never met someone who genuinely cares about their patients as much as Dr Raquel does. Her approach is incredibly holistic and thoughtful, and the results she achieved for me were great but natural, which was very important to me. She truly has an artistic eye for knowing exactly what is enough, not overdone or excessive, just subtle and refreshing enhancements.
I also loved learning more about the regenerative treatments she offers, such as polynucleotides, and I completed a course of treatments with her that I was so happy with. Every visit felt personal and welcoming, more like catching up with an old friend, as Dr Raquel is so warm, genuine and friendly.

Natalie, the clinic coordinator, also deserves a special mention. She is incredibly warm, professional and welcoming, and really adds to the whole experience from the moment you arrive. She always checked in with thoughtful WhatsApp messages after my treatments to see how I was feeling, which made the care feel so personal and genuine. Nothing ever felt too much trouble and she helped create such a calm, friendly and luxurious atmosphere throughout every visit.
If you are considering Skin and Medical Cosmetics for the first time, I would say you are in incredibly safe and caring hands. Dr Raquel genuinely wants the best for her patients and takes a thoughtful, honest and holistic approach rather than simply selling treatments. You never feel rushed or pressured and the results are beautifully natural. You are made to feel welcomed, cared for and valued from the moment you walk through the door.
